[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]This is an OKK spindle that had been previously repaired by a well know company in the North East. The repair lasted just over a year when the spindle would no longer accept a tool. You can see what happens when you leave out an O-Ring and allow coolant to get into the drawbar spring cavity. Small errors or omissions cause big problems.
The spindle is now back in service with a new Drawbar, Disk Spring Set and ALL the O-Rings. Having a background in spindle design really does make a difference in knowing why things are done a certain way and how to repair them. If your Spindle Service Provider is lacking in the details, give AST a call…We think you will be inpressed.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]BEFORE[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1100″ img_size=”medium”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]AFTER
